The student is then taken through the steps of preplanning, how to use the library, the selecting of a topic, focusing thoughts, preparing an outline, and producing a final product. Materials include a text published by Christian Liberty Press. Course requirements involve the completion and submission of a 1,500-word research paper, which includes an outline, properly documented works within the paper, and a separate works cited page. The paper must be completed based on the principles and techniques taught in the research paper booklet provided for the course.
