FAQ

How do you calculate shipping charges for orders?

We charge exact shipping for orders placed through shopchristianlibery.com. The total shipping charge is determined by totaling the weight of each item purchased and sending that information, along with your postal code, to UPS and the United States Postal Service for an exact shipping quote. Once these quotes are retrieved, they will be displayed and our customers can then choose the desired service.

What shipping options are available within continental U.S.?

We will ship your order using following carriers and methods:

UPS - next day, 2nd day, 3rd day, ground

USPS - priority mail, first class

We do not ship Fedex.

Shipping to International Addresses

Christian Liberty gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. To see the shipping rate information specific to your order's destination, please complete your order, click "Estimate Shipping and Tax", and enter the requested information. You will then be presented with your available shipping options. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Christian Liberty, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

What shipping methods are available for CLASS and Family Administration Plan Enrollments within continental U.S. addresses?

We use UPS and USPS shipping methods. Enrollments submitted to CLH online will be charged exact shipping based on weight, destination and method of delivery calculated by our shopping cart.

What shipping methods are available for CLASS and Family Administration Plan Enrollments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO, and FPO Addresses?

Materials are sent by Priority First-Class Mail. You must submit an extra $10.00 per student with your enrollment.

What shipping methods are available for CLASS and Family Administration Plan Enrollments to Foreign Addresses?

Foreign missionaries and others who have a home base (home office, sponsoring agency, etc.) in the continental U.S. should send us their home base address, contact person, and telephone number upon enrollment. Shipment to that address by a major carrier, based on destination, is covered by your tuition. You must arrange final shipment to your foreign address with your home base. If CLH must ship directly to your foreign address, we will communicate with you about your options, and obtain your approval for the extra expense. You will have 60 days from the billing date to pay these charges.

I just placed an order with you. How long before it is shipped?

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process (enrollments will take longer) before being shipped, unless a back-order situation occurs. During our busy season of July through October, orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to process. Note: Our offices are closed for 2 weeks during the Christmas and New Years holiday period.

How soon can I expect to receive my order after it ships?
