Listed below (in alphabetical order) are elementary grade level courses available through CLASS Homeschools. Description: This course is the first of two devoted to manuscript style handwriting (modified Palmer method). Students work on following oral directions through interspersed games and activities; penmanship motor skills are strengthened through tracing shapes and drawing lines, circling or crossing out objects, and finally moving on to writing both upper and lower-case letters.

Description: This course continues to develop manuscript style handwriting (modified Palmer method). Students continue to develop proper penmanship skills by practicing capital and lower-case letters, basic punctuation, and the numbers 1-10. Words and simple sentences are also introduced.

In addition to repetition, games, practice sentences, and activities are used to reinforce these skills.
