When I reach checkout it says my email is not recognized. I have been ordering/enrolled with you for years, so why can't I complete my order?

If this is your first time checking out at www.shopchristianliberty.com you will need to click "I am a new customer", and create an account before you can complete your order at check out. You will need to fill in your billing and shipping information. Then you will be able to complete your order.

I just purchased an eBook, how do I download it?

If you login to your account (My Account link at the top right corner), you will see few options there. Click on Completed orders (3rd option down the list) - you will see your order items. Next to the eBook you purchased you will see a link to Download Files. When you click on that link, you should see your eBook file. Now if you click on it, the download should start automatically to your default downloads folder.

Can I place my order by phone, fax, or mail?

Yes, to place a phone order, call (800) 348-0899, and press 6. This service is for charge card orders only (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover). Have your catalog numbers and charge card information ready when you call.

 

To obtain individual books, curriculum kits, or services by mail or fax, please use the catalog or online shopping cart to find out which items you wish to order. Then download an order form in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF). If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, click here to download it. Then simply mail or fax your order to us.

Can I enroll my child in CLH by mail or fax?

Yes, you may enroll by mail or fax. Complete an enrollment application, attach payment for the full tuition amount, and mail both to CLH. Payment by check or money order must be made in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank, payable to Christian Liberty Homeschools. Tuition may also be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. We do not send COD or on-approval orders. If you do not have an enrollment application, do one of the following:

  1. Print out the enrollment form PDF (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). 
  2. Request that CLH send you a form by calling (800) 348–0899, extension 1. 
  3. Email your request for an enrollment application to custserv@homeschools.org.
If you prefer, you may enroll by fax at (847) 259–1297. You must use a charge card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) to enroll by fax. If you do not have an application form, you may obtain one by any of the methods outlined above.

Do you charge sales tax?

Shopchristianliberty.com charges the Illinois sales tax (9.0%) on orders shipped to addresses within Illinois. Otherwise, we do not charge sales tax.  Educational services such as school enrollments (like Christian Liberty Homeschools) are not products, therefore the materials supplied to fulfill those enrollments are not subject to sales tax.

Can I purchase a gift certificate online?

Absolutely! You can purchase an electronic gift certificate which will be speedily delivered to an email address. You choose the dollar amount, the gift message and tell us where to send it and you're done! Click here to order.

How long does an item remain in my Shopping Cart?

If you are logged into your Shopchristianliberty.com account when you add an item to your cart, we will keep those items in your shopping cart for future browsing every time you are logged into your account. In addition, if "cookies" are enabled in the browser that you are accessing Shopchristianliberty.com from, our servers will keep track of those items for up to six months or until you remove them from your cart, whether you are logged in or not.

Why do you ask for my phone number when I order?

We ask for your phone number for communication purposes only. We have to be able to contact you if there are some problems with your order. Also, a shipping carrier like UPS or USPS require your phone information in case of address verification. We do not sell/trade our customer's information to any other organization.

Are prices guaranteed?

Sometimes people see a low price or a free eBook on our site and say "That can't be correct!" Most of the time they're looking at an example of one of our many great discounts or special CLP offers. However, it has happened that we have displayed a price that is incorrect. In these rare instances, we must reserve the right to not honor these mistakes as they are the computer equivalent of typographical errors. In the vast majority of cases, prices seen on our site are correct and trustworthy.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

You may edit or cancel your order as long as it is still in our warehouse. We generally process our orders within 24 hours. Any changes or cancellations must be made within that period of time. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to modify it. Please contact our customer service about any adjustments you would like to make to your order.
