This well-illustrated world studies text is designed to help young students learn who they are in Christ and what their roles are in the family, church, society, and the world. They will learn what it means to be created in God's own image, how He provides for His children, and what He is preparing for them in a new world called heaven. Each of the seventy lessons concludes with questions, activities, and vocabulary and Bible memory work. When combined with the activity book, it is designed to be a full-year kindergarten course.
Scripture quotes (extensive) used throughout the material are in NKJV.

Both this book and another Little Pilgrim book we have bought has fallen apart. The binding is not durable, and I would like this to last so I can use it with my other children in a few years.
I bought the kit (book, teacher's manual, activity book. All necessary) for my 6 year old son, and he LOVES it! At first I thought it would be a bit over his head, but it isn't. He remembers what he is learning, and also enjoys the projects. It is designed to be used twice a week, but my son asks for it so often that we have been using it more frequently.
